I have had the pleasure of going here multiple times for my dog meatball, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish every time. The staff at the clinic were incredibly warm and welcoming, making both me and my pet feel comfortable right away. Also the veterinarians demonstrated a high level of expertise and compassion towards my pet. They took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring that I was fully informed every step of the way. Their dedication to providing the best possible care for animals was truly evident. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the animal clinic. Going to see Dr. Chet is like going to see my family. I had a great experience the technicians as well. My dog has to go in for frequent glucose test and they always treat him well. Even though he is getting treated, he never hesitates to go with the girls.

Very thorough initial exam. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We feel confident that they are concerned with our dogs well being and answering all our questions about Boscoe’s health. We’ll be transferring both our pets care to here. Thank you 🙏

I got my rabbit spayed here almost 2 weeks ago. When we brought her home I realized her meds had leaked in the car, they fixed it with no additional charge. Her incision looks amazing and everyone was so sweet and friendly. I can’t speak on the care for cats and dogs but Dr Taylor did an amazing job on my girl.

had a great time taking my kitten here! only had a few minutes wait time and went back. the staff here are so nice and they take care of your babies. they’ll answer any questions you got! totally recommend other to bring their pets here!

I would not say this place operates with integrity. I have never had X-rays taken where a radiologist does not read them. You should definitely TELL patients that an imaging specialist will not be viewing the diagnostic imaging!! That would have changed my mind, and would have saved me the time and money. I tried not being upset, but when I saw the X-ray and asked questions and pointed out an asymmetry I saw, and was basically never minded, as he pointed and compared two toes that were not the same as what I was talking about. Even when I tried for a second time to point to what I was seeing. I was basically told no, don't worry and brought back to my room. Not to mention it took 20 minutes to just check us in for walk ins, (which is fine, they were busy!) BUT, I verified verbally at the counter (while they still hadn't checked me in) that the wait was over an hour (as written on the board). I came back around half an hour later and they had passed me. I was told "don't worry we will fit you right back in."... I waited another 3 hours being told over and over I was next. I was there a total of 4.5 hours. I have heard good things about this place in the past, and was SO disappointed. I feel like a complete Karen writing this, I usually LOVE giving good reviews and don't waste my time on the negativity... but $350 and 4.5 hours a LOT of money to me! Omission, (especially health related, from a professional!?) IS dishonesty! Hopefully this post at least has someone asking the right questions. Also, the 1 year and 3 year rabies are the EXACT same thing, just labeled differently. If you're not paying for a longer lasting vax, maybe you're paying for the allowance of not having to legally do it yearly? Idk. All of it feels ick.
