My sister called about two rabid stray cats that have been friendly for years that are now drooling and attacking her front door. She called non-emergency and then called this number and was told that unless someone was bitten they wanted $100 in cash per cat paid in LandOLakes in person to take care of it. She is even willing to pay it but is disabled and cannot drive there herself and is afraid to walk out her front door. She lives 300 feet from the highschool downtown and this is a Public Danger!!! Kids walk by her door all day. I can't believe that no one, not the police, not animal control, will help at all. Shame on you people.
