Love this place! Our Chloe spent three weeks here while we were on vacation and they treated her like their own. We received photos, videos and phone updates on how she was doing. They were so sad when we picked her up as they loved playing with her and it showed. She was in great spirits, well groomed and you could tell she had been treated well. Chloe had an indoor unit but got lots of playtime. They have several veterinarians on site so we were comfortable having her stay here for three weeks. Affordable pricing too which made it all that much better.

My Pet's Animal Hospital in Alcoa has been amazing. Disclaimer, we have not used their vet services. We have boarded our dogs here several times and have NEVER had any issues. They are always happy, well loved on, and the staff are always on top of things. We boarded at one other place before and it was a nightmare. We have done both long stay and day stay boarding.

Unfortunately I had to put my poor little Oreo to sleep which was a very difficult decision, but the staff was wonderful and very compassionate! Oreo was only six years old and had terrible asthma. I felt a lot of guilt for having to put her down so young but Dr. Kathy comforted me and assured me that was what was best for her since she was still suffering after many attempts to treat her asthma. I was so glad and appreciative to have had my baby in such good hands all the way to the end! I highly recommend their services in good and bad times! They are the best!

Gentle, compassionate care, clean facility. Every person I met, front desk, the nurse, and the vet were all just wonderful. I was in a panic & they helped my little pup right away. I'm so grateful they were there for my pup who was injured & in pain.

Found a baby kitten at my work and went for all the services at My Pets Alcoa! Bought the full vaccine and neuter package which is SO affordable. Love this place and the people working here, they love my dog and kitten so much and treat them like I would. They even gave me a free bag of food for my kitten because he liked it so much while staying there! :)

Dr's and staff are always so gracious and kind. My labradoodle feels really comfortable there very well treated and helpful
