Our fur babies always receive top quality care at Banfield. The staff are kind, attentive, and excellent at what they do. They go out of their way to make sure our pets feel safe and comfortable during their visits. Much appreciation to Angie and Donna for going above and beyond with Kiki!

They are amazing with my dogs and you can tell that they love their work. They were kind and absolutely great with them! I wouldn't go anywhere other than there. I have 5 pitbulls and they are all enrolled in the wellness plan and it's a fantastic deal with fantastic services provided. Happy and healthy dogs!!! 5 stars!!!

Leo had a very good comprehensive exam at Banfield this week. They were very responsive to my requests and took good care of us. Angie answered all my questions and honored my few requests. She is very pleasant and very professional.

Banfield in Alcoa,TN has always been amazing. I have 3 pets I have taken there for the past 5 years. The vets and assistants take their time answering all my questions. The assistants are extremely knowledgeable and patient. Wonderful place!

You are supposed to be able to get prescriptions for flea and heartworm medicine up to 1 year after a vet visit. BEWARE. If the particular veterinarian that you saw is no longer employed there, you will have to pay another vet visit!

I took my girl, Noura, into Banfield to get her started on a Wellness Package, and it was the best and most positive experience. I had started the enrollment online and Angie walked me through it and added a couple of options onto our plan, and explained everything that would be covered, what wouldn't be, and what the cost for everything would be and even asked if that was ok! Noura was a little nervous at first, but warmed up to the staff after a little bit. Angie and Dr. Brown took really good care of my girl today, and it's safe to say that we're looking forward to our next appointment! Thank you, Banfield!
