Kind, compassionate and eager to please. Took great care and respect in treating my fur babies as if they were their own. Very transparent pricing and explains all procedures before treatment. Dr. Rachel and Dr. Ness are highly professional and caring. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else. The technicians and staff are friendly and enthusiastic.

All of the staff at Glenridge Animal Hospital have been so lovely, caring, attentive and extremely helpful! We started taking our dog to them last year, from when he was a new puppy. We were really nervous as this was our first puppy, and as new puppy parents we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance! They’ve always shown so much love to our Carmelo and have taken such good care of him. They answer any questions we have with patience, and have always made sure that both us and Carmelo have felt comfortable. Also, their new building is absolutely stunning! It is always so clean, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of effort into making it comfortable, calming and inviting with lots beautiful natural design elements. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would!

The staff I’ve met are courteous, professional and have handled Lexi with great care. I have called twice for urgent crisis management situations and the ‘over the phone’ counsel I received has been extremely helpful and saved us from emergency hospital visits. When I’ve called with a concern needing a look-n-see type of appt, I’ve been fit into the daily schedule fairly quickly which is so appreciated. The new facility is spacious, very clean, well equipped and designed with a beautiful aesthetic which is inviting. My vet bills seem to be in line with our previous Vet Clinic in Manotick, ON which helps these days with rising costs. I would not hesitate recommending Glenridge Animal Hospital to new comers. We've been going to Glenridge Animal Hospital for 4 years now with our two cats. We've never had an issue, the staff are always so friendly and treat our cats well. Our concerns are always addressed, the pricing is fair and their new office is very spacious and welcoming. Would recommend this place for your veterinary needs!

Our experience was great at Glenridge. This is our first kitten / cat. We have only owned dogs before. The staff and vet were great at taking the time to explain everything. We left feeling much better about everything.
