We've had the good fortune of having the very best veterinarians take care of our animals since we moved to Madison. Our experience with The MAC came soon after they opened, and we felt very comfortable with the office, exam rooms, and how our pets, and we, were treated. We felt welcome, and right away that our pets were with professional, progressive veterinarians who’ve made this their life’s work. Soon enough, we had another rescue who needed expert and special care with melanoma. Dr. Carley Langston was his first and only vet, and she and her partners literally saved his life. She gave him more years than we ever hoped for, and was with us when his time came to go. It was as perfect a circle as we could ever expect, and that's been repeated more times than we'd like to count. She's been with us at the lowest points, and at the joys and milestones that every pet owner should have. She and her team, from reception (AJ+), to the techs (Nikki and many more), and the angels that care for pets all day (Sara, Jeff, Ashley, and too many more to name), have made everything worthwhile, and better — much more so than we could have ever expected. I simply cannot recommend The MAC enough.

If you have a cat or a dog or other small animal that you really consider just to be livestock, you might be better spending your money elsewhere. However, if you Consider your animal, closer to family, or like me -perhaps real Best friend , guardian of the family, comforter,- I came to the MAC and soon after the initial visit was the one any pet owner dreads. My dog of 23 years fell ill and soon was to be put to sleep. Dr Langston is not like any dr I’ve known before… she sat with and cried with me as long as I was saying goodbye, no vet, MD, dentist … nobody has shown the compassion like the team there. I haven’t found a price not worth paying to have the help I have found there.

I’m new to town and have bought my babies to 2 other vets before coming here. We fell in love with this place the moment we arrived. The staff was extremely nice and the 2 different Veterinary’s we met for both of my dogs visits were very informative. We will be back

Top tier, excellent service every single time. They take the best care of our Bean and they love him so much. Always compassionate veterinary care, I’m confident in their decisions and recommendations and their staff knows us by name. Doggie daycare is a must for our energetic boy and they’re always so kind to add him on to their list for the day.

The MAC takes great care of my dogs when I am gone. The dogs always have a great time and are excited to get there. They send pictures each day so you can keep up.
