Our sweet Murray went from being his usual self to suddenly being very ill. It was a Friday and our previous vet wasn't able to see him until the following week, but Dowlen Road Vet Clinic was able to get him in that day. They were so incredibly sweet to him and kind to me through a very scary experience. We are so grateful to the doctor and the rest of their staff for loving on Murray and treating him with such great care.

We’ve been using dowlen road veterinary center for several years now and they have always been so wonderful! From helping us save our cats life to regular exams and procedures we have had zero issues. Today I saw Dr. Brown for the first time and even though they were busy he spent a good amount of time answering all of my questions about my dogs allergies and finding a solution for her. Explained each medication, was very thorough and didn’t make us feel rushed. I so appreciated that. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful as well. We love it here 🤍

If I could leave negative stars, I would I was told to leave her overnight by the BAS Beaumont animal shelter as a part of her adoption fee I paid was supposed to pay for all of her bills and I was supposed to pick her up. The following day charged me for and told me if I did not pay it, then I would have to return my dog to the animal shelter did not have a good experience. Never going there again my dog will have a new vet. Hope y’all have a better outcome.

I don’t usually review but felt like it was necessary today! We’ve been going to Dowlen Road Vet for a little over a year and most the time it’s just typical vet experience. Today was our yearly check up with one dog who is extremely timid and the other who has extreme anxiety about being in public and whines loudly the entire time(annoying and embarrassing lol) we’ve been working on that of course but today he didn’t completely embarrass us and Kristen made him feel so comfortable at the vet. He only whined about 10% of the time versus 95% of his last visit. I was super impressed with not only my dog but the staff that handles my two brats. Extremely thankful for where we bring our boys!

I started taking my little girl toy poodles to Dowlen Road Veterinary Center, and all i have to say is everyone in that building is absolutely 💯 amazing. I never had doctors and staff that were so kind and attentive to both of my fur babies individual needs. The front office staff knows what they are doing and kind and friendly. The vet assistance show my girls the love and and gentleness that they deserve. All three of the doctors that Adalee and Novalee have seen has shows love and passion for there jobs. They are always 💯 focus on there individual health and needs. I would definitely recommend trying this vet office. They will surly treat your love ones like there family pets. They got us in on short notice! Had little Levi seen quickly Benadryl shot and they started going away within 15 min. Also we used them for one of our dogs cremation 6 months ago they was exceptional! He was ready the next day and returned in a beautiful mahogany box, clay paw 🐾, 2 canvas prints with his 🐾 and nose prints and a keepsake envelope with some of T-Rex’s hair and whiskers. Highly recommend!! Pictures of Levi with hives 🤦🏽♀️
