We have been a client here for a while now and love them however today was a truly amazing experience. I called this morning with a very strange request. I asked if they would be willing to see my daughter’s slinky dog toy! Strange I know but my 8 year old daughter has special needs and has been begging me to take her slinky dog to the vet. Today she had a dentist appointment so we made a deal she would let the dentist look at her teeth and I would make an appointment for slinky dog at the vet. They agreed without any hesitation. When we arrived they had even created a chart for slinky dog and they took him back for a quick exam! My daughter was thrilled! They didn’t have to help me out or give attention to a stuffed dog but they did and it meant the world to one little girl.

Night and day experience between this pet hospital and another local clinic which shall remain nameless. Highland treated me and my pet with great care and respect. Dr Poet was very knowledgeable and recommended prebiotic which has tremendously helped my cats. Sarah and Blaine did a wonderful job with Sammy's lion cut! He loves himself so much and is so happy! Everyone from front desk to back office was wonderful!

I love this clinic! We had a pregnant cat and wanted to know how far along she was and she was right on the dot. Very helpful and compassionate staff! Dr. Poet is an amazing vet doc and very caring! Though we lost 3 kitties due to stillborn and one not being able to thrive, we have one healthy kitty who is now a little chunk we call Oreo!

my dog doesn't have the best track record with vets. she was previously diagnosed with anxiety and I was told she would need to be basically sedated in order to visit a vet. Dr. Poet and her staff were able to examine my little girl and even do a blood panel with no problem. they didn't even need to cage her during the time I was gone from the office until my return. I'm very happy with how they treated my dog and how my dog felt while being in their care. I hope to have them as my new vet.

The staff here are very nice to talk to and informative so that is amazing. But I just got my conures feathers and nails trimmed and was told they were clipped to look aesthetically pleasing and allowing her to glide at least, and instead got my bird back with her outter feathers cut straight across(not flight feathers), and a really short nail clipping. It seems other people have also had issues with wing clippings here so I would recommend not coming here for that. I was also called while I was in the parking lot and charged $9.50 on a seperate fee from the exam fee for the phone call when we sitting in the parking lot as instructed, if we couldve walked inside, there wouldnt have been a $9.50 charge for talk to my face🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️
