Description The Bridge is a non-denominational church in Maryville, MO that is all about loving God and loving people! The local church isn't a building - it's a gathering of people, a FAMILY. We see our family coming together to glorify God and to reach out with his love to others. We have Sunday services every week at 9 & 10:30 and would LOVE to have you come. Welcome to the Family!

I don't really know how to start this review because I could write a whole paragraph (and oops, I actually did) of why this place is so amazing. I started going to this church in August of 2016 when I started college. I was looking for a church to attend while being away from home and immediately fell in love with the place. The community of the church was so loving to college students that I just felt at home at the church. I started helping with Bridge Kids when I got there and wanted to pour my heart to the kids that would come through the door. After Pastor Jason stepped down and I met Pastor Chad and his wife Kortney and then the new Bridge Kids director and his family Pastor Mark and Suzanne Loeber, I knew that I wanted to stay with this church family until I graduated. They loved me and helped me serve in the church with becoming an intern for Mark to help him with Bridge Kids. I also got the chance to interact with Pastor Josh and his family who became the new Youth, middle school, and college pastor and their family loved me with open arms as well. You will feel like a family when you go check out the Bridge because there are great people that welcome you and your family like they did to me for 3 and half years. I love this church family.
Visiting my daughter at Northwest for Homecoming and found this church to attend Sunday morning. It was wonderful, friendly greeters, nice people and an awesome sermon on forgiveness!!
The Bridge is all about loving people and loving Christ. I started going here when I was a freshmen at Northwest and they had someone pick me up and take me to church, and even introduced me to other college students. I’ve been a part of the media team and I have never felt more welcome or more connected in a church before. They have many ways and opportunities to be involved and to meet other people. They really make you feel like family.
We recently came to the bridge during summer VBS after our children were invited to participate. We were immediately met with welcoming arms from all who we interacted with, and we saw our children being served emotionally and spiritually through the programs, mentors, and events they participated in. We love the option of two services on Sundays when little ones need more time to be ready for church, we have also loved the opportunity to serve and experience the blessing of serving others through praise team, serving college lunch, and volunteering in the children's ministry. All volunteers and staff are loving and welcoming and available each Sunday to meet our family where we are at. When our family suffered from covid in January we were blessed by meals and prayers from new friends in the church. We've been blessed by the connections we've made in small groups, and additional play dates and activities with families who have children the ages of ours. We are so excited for our oldest to transition to 5th grade and experience the ministry happening in the youth center with middle and high school students. At the same time, as we prepare to welcome our 5th baby, I'm comforted knowing there is a loving place for each of my children, as well as a safe and private room for me to enjoy the service each Sunday with my nursing or sleeping newborn in the mother's room just off of the back of the sanctuary. We have found ourselves growing closer together as a family in Christ since beginning to attend the Bridge just 10 months ago, and are so excited to continue to watch our children and family grow at the Bridge!
I was nervous about finding a new church when I moved to Maryville for school, but the Bridge was so welcoming and friendly I immediately felt at home! I planned to visit several churches before choosing one. The Bridge was the second church I tried and after that first Sunday, I never looked back. Biblically founded, Wonderful people, service centered evangelism. So grateful for my new Maryville church home!!
I am Hudson from India searching for the sunday service near my university NWMSU. I would like to join for sunday service and would like to participate in the ministry so exiting see you all soon. Jesus loves you and I love you all Amen !!
