Very kind and compassionate persons working in the veterinary group. They were helpful and answered all my questions. And the times I've had to call in, they have also been quick to call me back and helped to reach a conclusion to whatever issue might be going on with one of my beloved animals. They also have a local office in Fortuna which is helpful. And open on Saturdays 🐞

I've had to go back twice for an abscess on my cats arm and it is already getting bad again. While they seem like great people and a nice place. I don't feel I should have to keep taking my cat back and paying more and more money for someone's failure to fix it the first time or second. That's why I've given them 3 stars . Outside of that, they've been great.

Took my big man in to get his annual and a senior work up to see if he’s well enough to get some lumps removed. The vet was super friendly and explained all our options. Tank is a 9 yr, 10mo old Great Dane so we want to make sure it’s safe. The vet techs were super friendly and loved on my boy. Vivid precautions are great. We’ve used them for several of our animals. We have 6 dogs, 4 of which are large, and 2 cats. They have been great with all of them. Highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for a new vet.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET IF YOU ARE A CAT OWNER. They are scummy, they don’t want you to leave the office without paying $300. They will NOT under ANY circumstances work with you. I would suggest a vet in eureka. I don’t recommend this predatory company, the prices are absolutely insane here. Down right insane. I had a 16lbs cat that did not like getting his blood taken, unfortunately he has asthma and allergies so I had him at riverwalk vet quite a bit, at riverwalk they would allow me to put my 16lbs cat in the restraints but this vet says it’s too dangerous to bring my 5.6 lbs kitten in the back and put him in the restraints. They just want the highly profitable sedation charge without even giving me the chance to deal with my cat for them. That is scummy policy, the vet allows their policy’s to get in the way of your pets health. UPDATE: They lied to us! We brought our old dog in to these people almost a year ago because of old dog syndrome, when we got to the emergency vet they took X-rays and ended up charging about $1000 for the visit. They said he was perfectly fine but he died last week and the pet insurance said he had a brain tumor so we can’t get reimbursement. The vet NEVER said a thing about a brain tumor. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISRESPECTFUL, DISGUSTING, LYING, SCAM ARTISTS. THEY WILL KILL YOUR ANIMALS GO TO SUNNY BRAE INSTEAD!

We have had to 3 of 6 of our fur babies put to rest and everyone is here is so kind and sympathetic. There service is outstanding and we will continue to bring our babies here.
