My dog LOVES the ladies here! They always do a good job, and treat him lovingly. He'd had a bad experience somewhere else, so she sits with him and snuggles for a minute before she grooms him. I'll always bring him here.

I'm leaving a 1 star because of the owners(?) BAD attitude. Shes the older lady, kinda short. My dog really doesn't like going but thought she just didn't like the process of grooming but now I'm not so sure. Brought my dog in and gave VERY Specific instructions about my puppy having an ear infection and just coming from the vet and her ears having medication. After picking my puppy up, looked like her ears had been CLEANED!!!!!. The lady didn't care and was very sassy. Long story short is this is the 2nd times shes been snippy and rude. There will not be a 3rd! I should of listened to my friends who had said this wasn't a good place to go. I don't recommend this groomer and will be going elsewhere

Started taking my babies in, and they always do such a great job! The owner is super sweet. Recommend them to anyone who needs a nice place to take there fur baby's. The two malteses are the ones I took in, exactly what I asked for.

First visit. I needed help with first-ever nail trim ($15) on 14 week old lab puppy. I was able to call ahead and walk in an hour later, which I greatly appreciated. I held puppy on lap because she is not yet fully parvo vaccinated and she sat still. Groomer worked fast and did cut two nails too short into the quick. That caused blood, which was slightly distressing to this new dog mom, but puppy didn't cry and seemed fine shortly after. I would have preferred that not to happen, but I got over it, as I recognized I would have been more stressed if I had tried to trim nails myself!! I would visit again in the future for services, but probably better for me with an appointment. So, this is not a bad review, just an honest one!

Our dog is shy/hesitant when we take him in for trimming his nails, but the people who work there are so gentle and don’t hesitate to just “meet him where he is” we’re in and out so quick!

Just took my dog in for the first time and they did an amazing job. They were very hospital, kind and patient. I will definitely continue using them.
