Do not seem to care for cats as much as dogs. Multiple trips for me now, and the receptionists never have much to say with little to no eye contact. Would not recommend taking your cat fur baby if you love them as much as I do

My first visit the staff was so wonderful so nice The vet doc was so sweet ..they took care of my Mika.I definitely recommend Animal Medical Center.

These people were amazing! Receptionists, doctor, and all of them were extremely friendly, professional, quick, and to the point. Also it was cheaper than i expected. I love it. Very gentle with the animals. I am definitely gonna go back!

This was my first time here. I had my old vet records transferred ahead of time and I later called to make sure they received the records from my old vet. I made the appointment over the phone that day and stated the reason for my visit after the receptionist asked. On the day of my visit, there was an hour long wait to be seen despite my appointment. I understand emergencies may happen and the schedule can be pushed back. The receptionist did not know what I had come in for and I had to restate my visit purpose. When I saw the doctor, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, I do appreciate Dr Josey. Unfortunately for whatever reason he was not given the vet records I had made sure they received days prior. After I left the office with my medicines and returned home, I got a text from the receptionist asking me to come back because they gave me too much medication that they didn’t charge for. They let me know I needed to return the medicine bottle so they could take what wasn’t charged for, or I can pay over double my original price to have the full bottle. It’s been an overall frustrating experience and I was not compensated in the slightest for all of the inconveniences.

Amazing service here! Cheaper prices than anywhere else in Starkville and the staff is super friendly!
