I first called Bob Thomas, Pest Control and Bob referred me to JR as my problem involved groundhogs, not insects. JR was quick to respond and arrange a meeting to scope out the situation. Professional, courteous, and he relocates everything he catches. He even removed some poison ivy near the burrow and filled in the burrow for me when everything was done. Would absolutely use him again and will refer to him everyone

We have a cat door and "something" was entering our house at night. JR set up cameras and traps and we were able to see for ourselves that stray cats and skunks were attempting to come in our house. JR is very nice, professional and fast to respond. I'm so pleased with this business!

We called for a skunk problem we were experiencing. JR came out to go over everything and take care of it. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived promptly and took care of our problem. He explained everything very well and gave us an extremely fair price. Great communication, too! We were very pleased with the overall experience. We were dealing with what we thought was a single skunk problem in our backyard and knew that we needed to find someone to humanely remove it. In doing an internet search for wildlife services, I noticed the local company, Flowers Wildlife Control, which was a name I recognized from my childrens' former school. I called JR and explained our situation. He was very friendly, polite, and professional on the phone, and came out within the day to set up some traps to hopefully catch our skunk. He explained everything about his strategy, was upfront with his reasonable pricing, and was very willing to experiment with various trap and bait changes over the course of about a week to finally catch not "a" skunk, but two skunks! I was impressed with his patience, compassion, and determination, as well as his frequent communication and timeliness. If we ever have issues with skunks or other wildlife in the future, we will definitely be calling JR again. Highly recommended!
