We’ve had several interactions with Osceola Animal Services and each one of them have been pleasant. The best one was the day we met and adopted “Bow”. We had been looking for a dog for close to a year for our teenage boys. When we saw him on their FB page we immediately called and set up an appointment to meet him. After meeting with “Bow” and talking with his caretaker, we knew he was the one for us. The shelter often has discounted prices on their adoption fees and we were able to adopt “Bow” for a very affordable price. A few days later we came back to pick him up. He had been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. We got to bring him home and start our new life with him. It has been a little over 7 months since that day. “Bow” is now Mac and we adore him. He was shy the first time we met him, but since coming home we have not seen that shy dog once. He loves toys, treats, chasing squirrels, and playing fetch. He loves our boys and he has been a great addition to our family. Highly recommend Osceola Animal Services to anyone looking to add to their family.

I had to make the heartbreaking choice to put my girl to sleep - she was 13 and very sick. I was treated with kindness and empathy by the staff. I'm sad that I wasn't allowed to be with her at the end (healthcode?) But I know they treated her well. When they gave her back they held her gently and comforted me. Thank you so much for treating us with such kindness.

This place was SO helpful. People were so kind. We got an amazing dog yesterday and has already fit in perfectly !!!! We love her! My dog loves her! My kids love her! The people were so kind, worked so quickly for us, and amazing. I highly recommend this place! We are so grateful to this place. And the adoption fee is reasonable as well.
