As a healthcare provider, I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone needing a vet. I liked everything about my visit. Friendly staff who listened to my concerns and were very polite and welcoming. They were all caring and sensitive when giving me the news/updates about my baby’s heart. The doctor was great, straight forward, and to the point. I was informed about all costs prior to any procedures being done. Definitely worth the trip from Renton. Glad that I found a great Veterinary Clinic to care for my little monster in his senior years. Thank you for the customer service excellence. I am extremely grateful!

Hi Everyone my name is Milo the teacup Morkie, Not like Dr. Chris Eugenio and Fircrest Veterinar Hospital need more 5-Star reviews, but they deserve it so I'm adding my experience as well. I arrived in the USA on Feb 2024 from Seoul Korea. I was 4 months and 2.9lbs. My mom and dad drove me from Bellevue to meet Dr. Chris Eugenio at FVH in Tacoma for my "Wellness check" everyone was super nice to me and treated me with care and love....after my appointment, it turns out I was pretty purrfect (Dr. Eugenio's words... and mine too!) He rubbed my neck, my body, gave me belly scratches that made me feel welcomed into his office, I even got a treat, YUM! I flew internationally, so I was almost fully vaccinated departing Korea, except for one vaccine...the Lepto-spirola-shabalaba-ding-dong one, but Dr. Eugenio injected me quickly and I didn't feel a thing. Then, I got more neck rubs! I went home and was pretty drowsy and slept for the rest of the day. In one of my most recent visits, my parents took me down to see Dr. Eugenio and the FVH Fam, but I didn't know why....I felt fine. All I remember was that I didn't get my dinner or breakfast the night before and I was not happy about it one bit. Dr. Eugenio welcomed me with his gentle embrace and gave me lots of cuddles, warm blankies and then all of a sudden I was dreaming of treats, snacks and running in the grass. When I woke up he was the first person I saw giving me head and neck rubs. I think it felt nice, I can't remember, things got fuzzy during that time. After some time passed, I got to see my mom and dad, I tried to move my neck but it was stuck in some neck collar/donut thing, that was weird. I was too sleepy to fight it this time...When I got home, my parents gave me so many new tasty snackies and treats (I nailed my sad puppy dog, i'm starving eyes)! Keep those treats coming parentals, YUM!!! I wasn't able to jump, stand on my hind legs, climb stairs or have any zoomies for what seemed like 30000 decades, but my mom said it was only a few days, what does she know. When my mom prepared my meals, I was able to take short shuffle steps to her, but if I needed to pee or poo I would bark and (voila) someone would come and escort me to do my business, then I got more treats. After the 3rd day, my incision scar was almost completely healed and my mom said she could barely see it and by the 4th day, the zoomies took over and got the best of me...I was zooming as fast as my little legs would take me, but then I got caught and had to be held until I calmed down. With all that i've had in this short stint in the USA, I can confidently say is that I feel comfortable in the hands of Dr. Chris Eugenio and his staff. He is well-educated and up on the latest technology & advancements of Veterinary medicine. He is kind hearted, patient (cuz my mom asks A LOT, A LOT of questions and is kinda a nervous betty), he is precise in diagnosing and accurate with his treatments. He never rushes us out the door and always gives lots of cuddles, belly rubs and kisses (to me, not my parents). I give Dr. Chris Eugenio 4 paws up (belly rub positio), he is an A+++ Doctor and now the only doctor my parents trust with me. Thanks for listening to my story y'all... if you decide to visit Dr. Eugenio you will not be disappointed. Love you lots Dr. Eugenio, Milo

The doctors and the techs are really great and understanding with my anxious dog! I’m glad they’re able to treat him despite his anxiety! They totally understand when I don’t want certain treatments because of the price and I never get pressured at all. Very kind and transparent vets!

From the front desk staff to the veterinarians themselves, everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about pet care. During every visit, the vets and techs take their time to thoroughly examine my pet and answer any questions I may have. They are always very concerned and attentive, putting both me and my pet at ease. It's also refreshing to know that they aren't all about profit. They never try to pressure me into unnecessary procedures or expensive treatments. Overall, I can't recommend them enough. They provide exceptional customer service, top-notch veterinary care, and genuine care for pets.

The staff here were phenomenal beyond words. I had to put my senior dog down which is a devastating event and they made us comfortable and they were extremely compassionate. I will recommend firecrest to any dog lovers...

I was very pleased with the care the doctor and the whole Fircrest Vet team gave my little beloved dog on a recent visit. He had an injured hip muscle and had stopped eating because he was in pain. They checked him out thoroughly and tenderly to discover the problem and came up with a plan of care. I am very grateful that he is now on the road to recovery.
