We see all species of bird, small mammals (ferrets, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, rats, etc), reptiles (tortoises, turtles, snakes, lizards), amphibians (frogs, axolotls, etc). I never got to meet Dr. Paulette personally. I only managed to speak to her via phone call as she followed up with me about the opossum I brought in. I don't think I've ever spoken with someone so kind and caring over the phone before . I myself work as a wild life rehabilitator and vet staff for the humane society so I would say I have a quite but of knowledge under my belt. Dr. Paulette assured me cardi the opossum was in prime health due to my great work in rehabilitation. It felt amazing a person of her credibility and accolades was validating me as a rehabber. We had a mutual understanding of what we both do on a daily basis to care for animals and for that I hold her in high regard. Let me not forget to mention the amazing staff. Professional, kind and personal. I felt like I had been there before. It felt very welcoming. All around I had a great experience at evergreen. I highly recommend and pricing on services is not bad compared to your average vet. ;

I became a new client here last week for guinea pig care and today was my second visit. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable and genuinely care for their patients, and they are diligent about communication. Extra points for squeezing me in on short notice last week as a new client when we had a health concern for one of our pigs. Overall I'm impressed!

best vet you will ever come to !! theyre so very sweet and caring about my rats with chronic URIs . very very hardworking and lovely people here . if i could i would bring every single animal ive ever owned here ! they are just wonderful and will show you and your animal the care many vets lack these days . wish i could give over 5 stars !!!!

I accidently scheduled my rat to be euthanized at the Kirkland vet and went to University Place because it is close to my house. Not realizing there was 2. They accommodated me really well and helped me out and put my poor rat who had a huge tumor down. It was sad, but I got one of the best vet experiences of my life. THANKS.

I want to thank everyone who helped me with my chicken Gabby today. This vet office deserves 100 stars! Both doctors were amazing and compassionate and did their best to figure out her condition. Unfortunately I had to put her down after further testing which was extremely hard. I want to also give a huge shout out to the lady at the front Claudine. You truly made all the difference with the support and time you spent with both Gabby and I. I will miss my girl....but I am so thankful she went in peace under all of your staffs care. 5 stars because I couldn't give 100 :)

I went to Evergreen after accidentally shutting my bird in the door. This was my first time coming here and when I called them (barely understandable through all my crying) they were extremely busy and gave me 2 alternative vets to contact. After contacting them I called Evergreen back and they made room to see us. The staff was sweet, compassionate, and truly cared for my beloved baby. I was absolutely beside myself and they offered emotional support the whole time- while attending to other patients and delivering the same level of care and compassion to them. I am so impressed and so thankful for Evergreen Avian and Exotic animal hospital. Top it off with the bill being hundreds lower than I anticipated. I can’t say enough about these folk.
