It's a very good place to go to for your Lovely companion. Animals need lots of love and lots of care. They treat you well at all times The animal. S care for you as much as you care for them. Take them to a place that will take care of them. Like they should be. The people are human just like everybody else that have hard times in life. The work is here also are human and have bad times at times I'll stay with my 3 stars. Because I have not been a patient day for a long time. I would like to go back if there is any free space or a time. Just knowing I can look out for somebody. That's just down the street. That could help one of my animals survive if ever needed.

This review is based on the comment about the staff member this morning… I know exactly whom you are speaking about and know very well that she is very kind and professional and that your comment states untruths on what truly happened. I can understand your frustration toward what happened however it is out of the receptionists control if things need to be changed during procedures. Just want to let others know not to go with your review without knowing all the facts. The staff is wonderful and very patient even when dealing with difficult and challenging clients such as yourself.

we had a Labrador retriever 5 years old she had got into rat poison due to our landlord mistakenly putting near property. She got into it & was actively dying. Long story short I didn’t get paid for another 3 days they would not treat her due to non payment & told me to take her home to die. Couldn’t set up a payment arrangement take my debt card info nothing! My traumatizing story. We had to watch our dog die from poison that would only take a shot to fix and she would have survived. Would have healed her within minutes. Not sure if it’s same owners or doctors. Heart braking.

The front desk lady sucks. She is a Portuguese women with short hair. She is rude and horrible. My dog got spayed and she charged me extra and I asked what was the reason and she literally threw her paper on the desk and walked away. Rude I hope this women get fired. She is so rude. I cried because of how rude And FYI all that happened while my dog was on surgery!!!!

We have been coming here for a few months now, they are polite and respectful, but most of all they truly care and it shows. The prices are fair, and the wait time is very little to none, unless it's a busy day! Very comfortable atmosphere for your little four legged babies!
