This was my first time at Speck’s Pet Supplies. The customer service was great. They greeted me when I came in and asked me if I needed any help. I liked the healthy food options that they had for cats. I gave it 3 stars because I didn’t see any cat food in bulk. I bought single cans of wet food. However I did like the selections and it’s just down the street from where I live so I will be back.

This store has always been disappointing, staff have always been cold and feel like customers are inconveniencing them by being in the store. I’ve gave up on shopping here, only been useful the last few times because they are local and have access to giving your pup a bath. Today was the final straw after being told the bath closes in 20 minutes then not being allowed to use the bath? If it’s open for 20 more minutes then it’s still open. Staff have never been on the same page and have been very rude on multiple occasions. Save your time and shop elsewhere, not a friendly person environment for you or your furry family.

I know I can get supplies there quickly for my pet. I don't have to search for the one item I need.

Friendly staff. Good place for dog supplies, but cat section has gotten smaller and smaller. I have to go elsewhere for most of what my cats need.

Was told that I couldn't wash my dog at 5:45pm. When they close at 9 pm. Told me to go to a competitor

Friendly, clean,and plenty of hot water. Takes awhile to wash and rinse my dog and water has never got cold.
