We have been going here for 15 or so years. All three of our dogs have received amazing care. We have had so many emergencies with each of our crazy Jack Russells. Not only have we gotten in right away but at least two of our dog's lives have been saved. We are so lucky to have you all! Everyone is outstanding!!

I have only had wonderful experiences at Horseshoe Lake Animal Hospital. Dr Diaz and Kim are always kind and take time with you and your pet. We have 3 senior dogs that have medical issues. We’ve also had one dog spayed and two have had teeth cleanings. Plus their regular wellness visits. Every appointment has gone smoothly. The ladies who answer the phones are very helpful too.

This place is AMAZING. Once you establish care, they get you in as soon as possible. Their doctors are OUTSTANDING. My little one needed a surgery and the surgeon is sick. They moved mountains to ensure she could get surgery asap. I love them and their staff.

Horseshoe Lake Animal Hospital staff is the BEST! Kristen, Christina, Jena, Kim P., Laura and Ashlyn all made our visit today so wonderful! Dr. Hinrichs is a TOP NOTCH DOC!! Give HLAH a chance with all your furbaby needs, you won’t be disappointed!

The staff at Horseshoe is fantastic! My first visit there was for a surgical complication from a different vet’s office. The technician Ashlyn was great and helped to comfort me and helped me understand exactly what was going on. She was in constant communication with me through the process of Dr Willoughby cleaning up the surgical complications caused by the other vet’s office. Ashlyn also helped when I needed records for insurance purposes and was very attentive through that process with me. She also has been fantastic at visits since, so much in fact I have requested she be the primary technician I deal with. I would definitely recommend them.
