I ordered a portrait of my recently deceased dog and they sent the wrong one. I was very understanding and politely requested a refunded and was met with nothing but callous emails accusing me of lying. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a pet agency. The owner is bitter, unprofessional, and very VERY rude.
