I stopped in for the first time on February 6th just to kill some time and to look around since I'd never been there. Employees were extremely nice and helped me out by saving a couple dollars. I ended up getting two cat wands and ever since I brought it home, my cat Riley has been obsessed with the fox one. She drags it into whichever room I'm in when she wants to play. Nice quality toys and excellent staff. Will definitely be back when I'm in West Bend.

I always shopped pet supplies plus when I lived in Pennsylvania, I was glad to see one so close to home when I moved to Wisconsin! I had my first Grooming appointment here today for my pomeranian and I am very pleased!! We will definitely be back!! Chiara did wonderful!!

I love taking my fur baby here to shop. It's always pleasant and the staff are always so helpful. I love that pets are welcomed, and it's an extra Plus knowing that if your fur baby needs grooming that they offer grooming services 🥰 also, there's a grooming area with supplies if you want to bathe them yourself.

I take my mastiff mix to Chiara for grooming and she is absolutely WONDERFUL! I cannot thank her enough for always taking such good care of my girl. More importantly, I'm so happy that my dog loves seeing her too!

Update: 5 stars I've always liked this store. I went to the one in Racine when I lived there for many years. Glad that we have one in West Bend now. The store size is just the right amount, it's not a discount store, but it's not a super store either. You can come in, get what you need, with a nice variety, at excellent prices. I even utilize the dog wash. Instead of going to a car wash that has a dog wash, the one in the store is in the back and they have different heights so you're not breaking your back trying to wash your dog. And you can buy a coupon book and pay per visit instead of the amount of time you utilize. Nice hot water available, different kinds of shampoos and always a roll of fresh towels. My Benny loves picking out his own favorite treats when we go.

i took my dog here for their paw package. my dog doesn’t do well with getting her nails clipped and has prescribed trazodone by her vet. i gave my dog her trazodone like usual earlier in the day so by the time of her appointment it would help reduce the amount of anxiety that she experiences. i went up to the grooming counter explained that i had an appointment and it was no problem if i had to wait a couple minutes. my groomer came out a few minutes later. i then explained to the groomer that would be doing my dogs nails that she doesn’t do well and that i gave her trazodone before i came in. the groomer that was going to be doing my dogs nails didn’t seem to have a problem with that fact as i told her it was prescribed by a vet but one of the other groomers piped up and told me that it wasn’t recommend that i give her a prescribed medication. i know my dog and know that without the trazodone she does far worse then with it. the other groomer explained that many of the medications can reduce the response by the dog if something were to go wrong with the nail clipping. i explained that i understood but that the trazodone that i gave her wasn’t going to make her completely calm and she will still fight the groomer. well when they were doing her nails my dog did fight the groomer and they ended up needing another person to help keep her still. when i went to pick up my dog from the grooming area as i don’t like to stay in sight of my dog because it gives her more anxiety, there was nothing said about the prior issue. i thanked my groomer and left. i got to my car checked my dogs nails over and they did a great job on her nails but telling a dog mom who happens to have worked in the medical field that i am not to give my dog a prescribed medication doesn’t sit well with me.
