I have been to Seminole County Animal Services a few times now and I have always had such an amazing experience. The staff really cares about you and the pets, and are always excited to assist and give you information. A couple of weeks ago I found the sweetest, most loving cat and was lucky enough to be able to adopt her and give her a forever home. Tootsie is the cuddliest cat and I’m so happy to have her as my best friend. Thanks everyone that made this possible for me and Tootsie!

We did not even make it past the front office. There were three staff members available, two men and one woman. We asked if we could visit the cats. One man started to give us directions to the adoption area, but the other two snapped at him, sharply letting him know that it had just closed. It was our misunderstanding because the office is open until 5 pm, but the adoption center closes at 4 pm. However, the staff showed such disdain for us that I will not be returning. It is sad to think that these are the people employed to care for these animals and assist new owners. They did not bother to try and help us, nor did they even make eye contact. I was going to volunteer here, but I am glad that I went in person first. The best part was the bird out front.

Wonderful staff full of dedicated people who love these pets. Today I got to adopt Jessie and they went above and beyond so that I could take her home! She had a wonderful day getting a spa treatment, picking out lots of toys and a bed from the store, and even getting a pup cup. I can't thank you guys enough and I hope in the future I can bring some donations to the shelter for all those wonderful dogs and animals. God bless you all!

We rescued an abandoned kitten and brought to the Seminole County Animal Services. The people were so kind and compassionate. I didn't think the kitten would survive the night but it is now thriving. They have provided the kitten veterinary care, shots, and will eventually neuter him. They have been so helpful as we foster this kitten back to health.

Very helpful staff. I went to just look at the cats and left with the sweetest little lady. The staff really care about the animals and want them to go to a good home. They even followed up to see how she was settling in. Best $5 I ever spent.

I adopted my cat here and I can't thank this place enough for making it happen. The adoption process was at ease and my fur baby was treated well at the shelter. He got all necessary vaccines and was fixed. He's super friendly and not afraid of people. I'm so happy to have this angel in my house.
