doctor knew what was wrong in less than 5 minutes! they were super helpful. The wait was a bit long; but, well, worth the wait! PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE! Staff is awesome! Finally, I found a place that actually cares about your animals' well-being & not just the $$$. Would recommend 👌 I am writing this a month later from my visit. & my pup is in her best condition thanks 2 them :) Thank you, Diaz 💓 Animal Hospital ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Diaz has treated both of my dogs several times. He saved my Gingi a few months ago she was not well and help my Yino many times because he likes to eat what he’s not suppose to eat. I can’t thank him and his amazing team enough. Gingi and Yino are my 4 legs babies and I’m happy to know I can trust Dr Diaz and his team. Thank you

I have taken my dog (Golden Retriever) since she was only 4 months. everything was great until 1 year and 8 months later when I took her back to get her annual flea treatment which number 1 the young lady that works the front desk can never find my dog plus myself in their system, number 2 I have clearly told her multiple times how to spell my name in full and my dogs but can never make the changes to their system, so its always difficult to find us. to top it off once I gave my dog who is now 1 year and 8 months the flea treatment that they sold me for (75 dollars) which FYI you can get on amazon for about 30 something dollars (same one) it did not work at all on my dog, even tho I explained to the front desk girl that she was 75 pounds and if she was sure it was going to work since the box clearly said it was for 40-70 pound animals, she said yes because regardless they didn't have the heavier dose and this is the one they had given her before. took her to get groomed a few days after we gave it to her and was embarrassed when I picked her up to hear she was full of fleas.(Mind you we had to spend hours picking out all the fleas on her) we were super upset and it was very unpleasant for my dog as well.That's when me and my husband realized it did not work for her. the next day my husband called the vet (Diaz Heart Animal Hospital) to ask why such a thing happened the vet him self (Jose A Diaz) got on the phone and rudely disrespected us by telling my husband we needed to clean our house better because it had nothing to do with his flea treatment. I don't know about the rest of you guys on here but I will never be taking my dog anywhere near here, nor will I ever be recommending anyone here. I would have accepted him telling me something more along the lines of we understand please come back or something similar since you (Jose A Diaz) are a vet dealing with people's family members (Animals) and are in believe it or not the customer service business. this as a business owner myself is super unacceptable on how you treat your customers especially if they come to you with an issue regarding one of their family members (Animals). in conclusion don't take your pet here if you really care and want them to have the best service, trust me, I have no kids I live and breathe for my child/dog and I wouldn't want any other parent to go though what she had to go though.

Even though my heart aches when I enter the lobby area, where I left my furry baby when she passed away, I still have to visit the doctor because I have another dog. The team is amazing; what's not to love? Shout out to Rocio! Thank you for all you do for me and my family. And the doctor is an amazing veterinarian—100% recommended

I am only leaving one star because it doesn’t give you the option to leave none or negative stars. I am highly disappointed with this animal hospital. The vet killed my two puppies that if it wasn’t for his misleading information and lack of knowledge they would still be alive. He robbed our family a chance to watch our puppies grow up. He treated their dad for parvovirus and we took him the puppies to get tested. Without consulting with us they tested negative so he gave them the vaccine and failed to inform us the virus has a 14 day incubation period. He stated we had two healthy puppies and we had nothing to worry about. Yet come 2 days later we were back with the puppies due to vomiting blood and showing symptoms. He barely treated them and 3 days later the puppies were gone. When I asked him why he gave the vaccine knowing it has an incubation period he said he gave them an antibiotic yet on the records it clearly stated he gave the vaccine. When we called other vets because we knew something wasn’t right they all told us they need to be negative for 14 days before we hice the vaccine or they will die especially being 4 months old and the father just had it. They were high risk. But his lack of knowledge and care for them lead them to their deaths. If anyone cared to read this I beg you! Don’t take your animals here! He is ruthless.
