If I could give -5 stars I would. If you care for your pet then DO NOT bring them here. Terrible service, terrible “doctors” except maybe one older gentleman whom we only got to see once (he was the only one that spoke and understood English). How do you become a vet in USA and not know how to speak English!?!?!?!?! Brought my dog here a few times, worst mistake ever!!! The assistant, not even the actual vet! who couldn’t speak English misdiagnosed his issue and made recommendations that were not accurate (found out from another vet). they always had the one receptionist who barely spoke English to translate… I never had good experiences and they DEFINITELY PUSH things on you that your pet doesn’t even need. What kind of Vet clinic has A TIP JAR at the reception desk, like it’s some restaurant!?!?!? What a great impression when you walk in….I changed vets after a few visits because we were new to the area. DO NOT GO HERE, THE WORST VET CLINIC!!!!!

Dr. Jorge was exceptional, honest and very thorough on his examination, diagnostics and took the time to listen to our dog’s symptoms and our concerns, plus he called us personally the next day to find out how our dog was doing, and took the time to even explain further his condition. Dr. Jorge did what 3 previous Vets did not find… unfortunately we lost valuable time….

I absolutely love this place and their attention to their patients! Amazing service and very friendly! Would totally recommend! Front desk is very helpful and Jorge the tech is another angel.

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting one of the vets there (Jessenia). She is very informative and didn't beat around the bush or try unnecessary exams. I had been going there for about a year and that was my first visit where I really felt I had thorough information to take care of my puppies issue. It's unfortunate to be moving back to the states, I finally found a vet that I can trust. She's amazing !

Took puppy there after purchase from pet store. They were super friendly and explained everything well. I was nervous after a some reviews, but I thought they were great - they prescribed standard medicine and vitamins and we left happy and more comfortable.
