I recently moved my senior dog to Hemlock this year and I am so glad I did! The staff, vet techs and vets are so caring and detail oriented. I truly feel like my dog is in the best hands. Our first appointment/consultation was very detail oriented and in depth. Dr. Williams spent an hour assessing my dog’s health, needs and concerns. Even called back the next day to follow up and see how she was doing. Dr. Lee was also amazing and extremely gentle with my senior, addressing all my concerns and ensuring we chose a proactive treatment plan to keep her healthy and comfortable. In the past, taking Lola to vet appointments used to be an extremely stressful and dreaded event. Now that we switched to Hemlock, Lola is not anxious anymore. To my surprise, she was actually wagging her tail in the lobby before we left! A huge improvement from her past. I am very happy with this practice and cannot recommend them enough!

I took my new puppy, Buddy, for his first vet visit and it was a pleasure. Dr. Williams showed us so much care and attention. She even gave me tips on how to train him and they have worked wonders. I had a bad experience at my previous Vet, and I’m very grateful I picked Hemlock Bluffs this time!

Absolute 10/10 experience thus far. Our dog has been diagnosed with EPI which was very scary for us with how much weight he'd lost but the staff here has been tremendous. We've just moved here and they welcomed us right in and have treated us and our dog like family from day 1. Super responsive, easy to schedule with, and the vets have been so phenomenal so far. We can't say enough good things about picking Hemlock Bluffs as our new vet!

Wonderful 1st experience, loved the environment, the staff and the doctor. I have never felt so respected and listened to like I felt on Friday. Also the doctor and nurses not only respected me but also Finn, the most important out of this visit. Thank you and I will recommend your vet anytime and can’t wait for our next time with you all❤️

We are new to the area having moved from the UK. I took our rough collie Finn to Hemlock Bluff Animal Hospital a couple of weeks ago because my boy has skin issues. From the very first moment walking in we were greeted with smiling faces and each and every member of staff were absolutely amazing and so caring. They are helping me to get the skin issues sorted and have even helped with bathing my boy. There’s always a follow up phone call the day after a visit! Highly recommend these guys.

Timely, respectful, true animal loving vet office. Pricing for annual exam and vaccines seemed fair. The entire staff was so kind and caring and just loved on my cat. They were also very knowledgeable and communicated well with me about my cat’s health.
