Triangle Vet was so helpful in finding out what was wrong with my sweet girl. While the answers weren’t what we wanted for our baby and we ended up losing to illness, Dr. Wilson and staff were so kind and accommodating for us. I also want to say thank you to Logan who sent us videos of our baby to let us know that she was taken care of and treated so kindly. Thank you for taking care of my sweet Chloe. 🖤

My dog was very well taken care of! We arrived at 8pm and they were able to see my dog immediately. They gave regular updates and even let us take him home early since he was doing so well. The staff were friendly and helped lighten a very scary situation with humor. The cost is the only downside, but that applies for all emergency vets.

I took my cat here to be treated for an upper respiratory infection and a ruptured ear drum. The staff was really kind and Dr. Wilson gave my cat exceptional care. My cat is currently recovering and doing a lot better. The clinic is super clean and very nice. We’re lucky to have a really good 24/7 hospital in Holly Springs.

Excellent service! My pup was having an allergic reaction from a vaccine. They got me in super quick! The front desk receptionist, the nurse and doctor were AMAZING! They were all very nice, friendly and helpful. They treated Mia as if she was their pup. I am so grateful for their friendliness when I was stressed and worried. I would definitely recommend!

Today was one of the worst days I’ve ever had to experience. I brought my dog here because she was in labor and they left her in a room alone. They did not check on her and she ended up chewing up her puppies. There is a complete lack of empathy. They only care about money here! I am so angry with myself for not taking their bad reviews seriously. My gut told me not to take my dog here and I did it anyways! Shame on me for the mistake but shame on them for being so unbelievably careless. There is no sense of urgency either! I had to rush her to another hospital for surgery. Do yourself a favor and drive to the VEG in Cary or else you’ll be out thousands of dollars and potentially have to experience the pain of death under their “care”…

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital in Holly Springs. When I brought my French bulldog in for emergency care, the staff treated me horribly. Despite having been there before, they claimed I wasn't the owner because of an address mix-up. The staff member with pink hair was rude, refused to treat my dog, and falsely accused my mother of owing money. Things got so bad that the police were called, and even they questioned the staff's actions. I felt disrespected, mistreated, and ignored, with the staff seeming more interested in money than in caring for animals. I tried to reach a supervisor, but got no response, which only added to my frustration. I strongly advise against going to this hospital due to their poor customer service, unprofessional behavior, and apparent disregard for pets' well-being." I was scared for my safety due to having two women bully me in a back room by myself while I am pregnant, very unprofessional and scary to feel like you’re being intimidated by the staff at this vet!
