I think this is a great place. We started taking our pups here when my oldest had cancer. The doctors are nice and they really care about you and your pet. They treat them as if they were their own. I trust them and will continue to come here for my pups needs.

The staff were amazing, sweet, kind, and caring. The Dr was gentle with my lil fur baby who is a 12 year old cat. She was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection the Dr checked her out thoroughly, she stated that she would have never guessed that Minnie was 12. Based on how shiny her coat is and how healthy her teeth were. Definitely made this fur momma feel good by knowing that she is well taken care of. I have 2 other fur babies (cats) as well Minnie Pearl(12), Frankie (11), and Callie(10) that if any health issues arise I fully trust this Vet Clinic with the well-being of my babies.

I don't feel like they are that knowledgeable about bunnies. I took my bunny in Friday and they wouldn't do blood work or anything to help her and she passed away the next day. They charged me pretty much 200 bucks for nothing I'm so upset and will not go back. 😭 Update the Dr did call us yesterday and said she was sorry for our loss and told us what she thinks happened and I agree with her sounds like that could of been what happened and there's nothing that could of been done. This made me feel alot better and eased my mind a little I am devastated and heartbroken and really appreciate that she called us.

Taking my pet for the first time here to get checked out was very nice. Everyone and the staff were very friendly. I asked questions about my pet condition and the doctor was very pleasant and nice she explained everything I asked. If ever I go again. I would definitely come back. My pet has primary care but his doctor was on vacation so I needed an emergency check and they saw my pet right away. Very happy 😊

Our little Flower (ferret) has always has a sensitive belly (so we thought). A trip to Clermont Animal Hospital for something else turned her lethargic and they doctored her for what they believe she has according to her history and some checks. So thankful for this team to be so patient with explanations and options for her care plan. They were very sweet to her and so understanding. Thank you Clermont Animal Hospital for your outstanding care and hospitality to our family. Doctors, vet techs, front desk, EVERYONE. Hoping our sweet girl pulls through this now that she is being treated properly. ❤️❤️ *Edit to add: Even the office kitty they have was very “worried” for our Flower 😂🤷♀️☺️
