This vet has helped me numerous times on short notice and even without an appointment. They do their best to tend to your little fury friend. I had to put down a pet recently and they were compassionate, professional and helpful during that very difficult time.

We had used this hospital since it opened and a resident of Oxford. We moved for a few years and returned to find Dr Holly had retired. We had to put our 19 year old Jack Russell down. Previously we had pets put down while we held them and Dr Holly would just pet the dog and give them a shot in the scruff of the neck and the dog would go to sleep peacefully. This time they took the dog from us and took him back to put an IV in his leg then they brought him back to us and he was upset. We waited and then the Sr came in and said that he would feel no pain, wrong!!! The dog received the shot and screamed. I can’t get that sound out of my head months later. We held the dog and he jumped as well. It hurt! Then they put our friend on the dirtiest blanket that I have ever seen and carried him away. I feel that I did my long lost friend an injustice by taking him to this hospital. I will never return or advise anyone to use this hospital in the future. If I could give zero stars I would for sure. Very disappointed in this hospital!!😡😡😡

Great practice, all such nice ladies from intake all the way to picking up my girl after being spade. I didn't even have to tell them who I was picking up because they remembered me from drop off and this was my first visit with this practice. Her surgery scar is small and she is doing well. Dr. Davenport did a great job. Thank you!

I have never had a good experience at Parker. I have always had to wait 45+ minutes in an exam room with a very anxious dog and have had negative experiences with customer service. Recently, I called and asked to get an appointment to get my dog a rabies vaccine. After a lengthy wait, the doctor came in, looked her over and gave her the vaccine. As a new pet owner, I thought this was just the process of getting a vaccine. I was then charged $45 for an exam on top of the vaccine, when I never asked for an exam. When I asked them about this, they said that if the dog hasn’t had an exam within the last six months, they will not give her a rabies vaccination without an exam as well. Understandable, but they should have told me that when I made the appointment. When I called and made an appointment just for a vaccine, they could have said, “Oh, it looks like your dog hasn’t had an exam in the last six months; she’s going to have to have an exam before we will give her the vaccine.” Instead, I was surprised with an extra $45 charge.

So grateful to Parker Vet for getting us in quickly. We knew something was wrong with our dog and were suspicious of diabetes. Parker Vet took care of him and monitored his condition closely. It took a little while, and with the great care he was given, Diego is doing well. He's a diabetic but healthy and active. They truly saved his life and we love them for it. Thank you Parker Vets and the AWESOME staff!

This office and its support staff have deteriorated across recent months. Our dog is currently suffering from an allergic flare up and we called seeking a refill for his paw medicine in the morning hours today. The office staff was very rude in the interaction and stated we were "like the 50th refill" and "if we get to it today." We called back to make sure we could get our poor pups medicine on Saturday, while they are open for prescription pickup only, but were told "we didn't get to it, you'll have to wait until Monday" In our follow up call the office staff even indicated that there are many others that also won't be getting prescriptions this weekend. Very disappointing.
