I want to give thanks and praise to the phenomenal staff here. I called there with an emergency for my dog. She is not a regular patient with them. They took her when I explained what had happened. The one who answered the phone told me to get in my vehicle and the doctor would be waiting for us to get there. Not only was the doctor waiting and prepared but the entire staff was so very loving to her. They treated us with love and care. Thanks to the speedy staff for being the way they are my dog was helped. Each and every one the staff I met took the time to not only make sure my dog was comfortable but to make sure that I was doing ok as well. Communications of what needed to be done once leaving the office were carefully explained as well and made sure I had a complete understanding. There was no rushing of time to push me out of the office even though it was closing time. Thank you Dr. Matt and Staff. You are all amazing. Diva is doing well.

Awesome people who truly care about your pets & Dr. Matt is great! I trust them with my dog (Max) and are always willing to help me when needed. We had 1 emergency happen & needed advice on what to do. Dr. Matt took the time to call me back on a weekend, while with his family to answer my questions & to give me advice on what to do. He even offered to meet me at the office on a Sunday if I felt it was necessary (thankfully it wasn't necessary). For being short staffed, like every other business out there, they do their best to take care of their customers & our loved pets. I'm very thankful for the whole Stachmus family - they're truly really good people. Thank you Dr. Matt, Jen, Andrew & the rest of the staff - you guys are great.

Took my kitten here as he’s been having ear issues for months and I was able to get not only his ear situation figured out, but a couple other odds and ends with him. the techs and vet were all so gentle with him. Can’t thank you guys enough. Definitely will be bringing all my animals here. 💕

I have been going here for almost 14 years. I love Dr. Matt and his staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people who care about your pets' health and well-being. Dr. Matt takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in detail and answer any questions you may have.

Unfortunately we had to make the tough decision in putting our dog Nyssa down this past week since she was not doing so well. Dr. Matt and his staff were very kind and patient with us in our time of grieving. Thank you very much!

Personal are so friendly!!! Very helpful with answering questions. Our fur baby was a stray cat that my parents adopted and he was full of hair mats because of his long hair and living outside. They offered to cut them out for us and the vet was so thorough in checking him for everything. Was able to tell us his approximate age. I love this place and am so glad we made the call to them and they said yes to us being a new client❣️ highly recommend!!!
