I found this place on FB, as an animal lover myself. I asked how I could help, and came to volunteer. I’ve been a few times since and I love it! It’s very rewarding to know you’re personally lending a hand in helping the kitties ❤️ Summer and her team are such selfless people and do an amazing job with the cats in her care. I highly recommend coming to volunteer, just to visit, or to adopt/foster!!!

When I adopted my cat last year, the owner and staff were extremely kind, helpful and patient. I loved that all of the cats were not in cages and could meander and play freely. Because of this atmosphere, my cat Marley (who at the time, was named Pumpkin) chose me to be her owner and not the other way around. All of the cats seemed happy, healthy, and taken care of. Anyone who is ready to bring a cat into their family will not be disappointed at Second Chance! (Note: The attached photo is Marley at my apartment and not at the business itself)

A very relaxing place to visit! Staff is very friendly, and all the cats seem happy and well taken care of. A great way to find a new feline friend to adopt or to just spend some time with :)

Summer is the best and has an absolute amazing heart! We got our little Maestro about a year ago and he has become such a blessing for our family! Thank you Second Chance! What you do is beyond fantastic! (We celebrated Maestro’s first birthday a few months ago, he enjoyed the icing!)

I have personally met Summer the director on multiple occasions and I've seen first hand the dedication she has to these cats and rescue! She truly goes above and beyond for the cats to make sure they get the absolute best care while at her facility. When I was there, all the cats were healthy, happy, and well socialized and the areas you can visit with them are spotless! I definitely recommend this rescue if you are looking for a new feline friend!

As a customer, I see the wonderful business idea behind this cat lounge. Take in strays off the streets and get them rehomed to loving families. As a volunteer, I believe this is a lot of work, dedication, and love. The owner is a hard worker, but help is always welcome. Volunteer, donate, or just be a customer and spend some time there. You won't be disappointed.
