Could not say enough good things about this clinic! Staff were friendly & attentive, booking my appointment was a breeze, they got me in very fast & were even able to squeeze me in sooner!!! You can tell the technicians here genuinely love animals & aren’t burnt out like other clinics. I will be returning with all 500 of my other animals haha

Animal Care Hospital is by far the best place for veterinary care in our area. The staff are incredible with my small army of pups, and I have never had any issues getting their needs promptly cared for. Especially with our Lucie - Dr. Bauer & Julie Robinson have been amazing taking care of her chronic and serious medical issues. I would never go elsewhere - it is like having an extension of family at Animal Care Hospital - they genuinely care and take the time to know us and our dogs. They were absolutely phenomenal in our worst days. The staff there was beyond compassionate and accommodating. Don't even think twice about coming here. I wish I would have known about them before I went anywhere else for a vet. Everyone made our baby girl and myself feel as comfortable as they could. If I could give ten stars I would. Thank you

We bring our dogs Ice and Jett here, and they're seen by a wonderful Dr. Sarah Blair. We had to do and have to do and check a few things with both of our dogs, and they've been just so helpful and kind through it all. The front desk ladies are amazing. Dr. Sarah never misses a detail, always listens to our concerns and never makes us feel like we are exaggerating or that we are silly for asking something. She even reached out to us when we had a misunderstanding with one of the team members. After all, we have our dogs' best interest at heart, they are our family. She explains things and educates us in the best way. She shares useful tips about dogs and their care, and our dogs love her. Even though Ice is loud and barks, we know he loves her. She is the vet that will sit down on the floor with your pet and let them come to her. She definitely has her way with animals and the animals can feel that. Most importantly our decisions about our dogs are respected by her and the team. I could go on and on about the good things. We know what is a bad experience at the vet, as we had one. We are from the area, but I won't name the place. All in all, I'd highly recommend Animal Care Hospital, Dr. Sarah Blair that we trust a lot, and the whole staff really. Our experience with them has been nothing but excellent for the past year or so!

I am here visiting family and needed to see a vet because my dog seemed to be in a lot of unidentifiable pain. When I called Animal Care Hospital of Morris, on the recommendation of a family member, they were able to get me in to see Dr. Blair on very short notice. After a very thorough examination and review of my dog’s medical records from my home vet, she was able to diagnose a neck injury. She prescribed anti-inflammatories, as well as limited activity and rotation of ice and heat. Even after I left the office, she called within a half an hour to discuss the dosage of the anti-inflammatory. Everyone was absolutely wonderful from Mandie who took my call and talked to the doctor about getting us in, to Alyssa who was so gentle with Darby as she examined her, and finally Dr. Blair. I can’t recommend these folks enough!!!

Honestly Dr Bauer demonstrated incredible patience with all of the many questions I asked, and issues that needed to be addressed. She did an incredible job of explaining the things I didn’t understand, and offered even further explanations to make sure every choice I made for BigBoy was well informed. She listened to my concerns and took them seriously. It felt really good to have a vet that made me feel like she actually cared about my dog personally, and genuinely wants him to get better. Our last vet didn’t even remember him after going there for a year. I don’t see a way that the service here can be improved. All of the staff was patient, helpful and incredibly kind. I’m so glad I discovered this animal hospital. Added some pictures of the good boy who is FINALLY on his way to feeling better thanks to Dr. Bauer
