I truly hope they will not raise their prices! We drove from 70 miles away to have surgery done for my dog, not only this clinic was the absolute cheapest option available (we got at least 7 different estimates), but also they were so professional, attentive, organized and efficient. We also got lucky, while being prepared to wait for next available appointment, it just so happened that someone canceled and we got in for one that was only 6 calendar days away. Dr Schmidt explained us everything in details before and after the procedure. We are very active in rescue, so everything I save $ wise - goes right back to benefit animals and Dr Schmidt with Pine Bluff clinic just helped us tremendously!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! My dog got excellent care, and we got a very clear explanation of what was happening and what to expect. Great communication throughout. Best Veternarian/Surgeon around, Dr.Schmidt! 4 English Mastiff’s of mine he cared for and numerous surgeries and never did he fail me or my Big Dogs. Current pic of my girl Bitzy recently bandaged up by Dr. Schmidt. Pine Bluff is a very caring Hospital! Sister hospital Lakewood is exceptional as well!

Dr Schmidt was fantastic with a torn ccl surgery for our mini poodle, Mona. He explained the process, is very knowledgeable and cares about his animal patients. We had several follow ups to check her progress. A nice location and was clean and orderly. All employees I had interaction with were kind and professional. Thank you all for the work you do.

Over the weekend or lil’ boy Sparky started to be in severe pain, we called Pine Bluff and Dr Hall and her assistant (Whose name I did not get) came back to work (both live an hour away) to help, they took x rays and eased our minds about Sparkys injuries, they both went above and beyond in every aspect of their jobs, we wound up bringing Sparky back Monday as they suggested if things got worse, they took great care of him (And us) and now thanks to them he is on the mend. Thank you Pine Bluff and Dr Hall and your assistant for your professionalism and your kindness.

Excellent care by all staff from the Doctor, Vet tech and office staff. We are so grateful! They were courteous, knowledgable, kind, empathetic and answered all our questions. Dr. told us clearly how to handle our dog's problem and what behaviors to expect. The day after our dog's visit, he returned almost 100% of his normal self. THANK YOU for being there for us when we needed help and answers.
