Alta Loma Animal Hospital is an incredible place. Dr. Andrews and Assistant Bailey were incredibly compassionate and supportive during one of the hardest days of my life. They helped me say goodbye to my beloved old man with the utmost care and kindness. I am eternally grateful for their empathy and gentle guidance.

I have been taking my pets here since 1997. I trust them, the vets and staff are nice and don't try to sell things you don't need. I feel their prices are reasonable. I had an experience with one cat who wouldn't eat while he was there. The vet let him come home because she thought he was stressed being there. I really appreciated that because I think other vets might have kept him and charged more money. She had great judgement and my cat got better once he was home. He had been there for almost a week and they took such good care of him and let me visit him. I highly recommend them.

My baby Dolly had had multiple surgeries and great care from this hospital. She received monthly medicine for her heart and kidney they are quick with their medication fill. I trust them

First and foremost, thank you Dr Moussa for all your hard work and dedication, as well as Carolyn for being so patient and explaining the process and answering all my questions and just keeping me calm throughout this process. I came to them to have our kitten neutered, I also have used Alta Loma Animal Hospital in the past for my other 2 fur babies and have had experience with their staff, I believe their staff has changed as I saw a lot of new faces and they were so great, very kind and welcoming. I did have an unpleasant experience with someone named Desire that answers calls, both my husband and I called in 2 separate occasions and it almost feels like we were bothering her, it’s an unpleasant feeling when someone like me that has a lot of trauma from my other fur babies going in and out of the vet and eventually passing to experience, it creates more anxiousness for me. Other than this, I am grateful for the staff for being polite, caring, and patient. I will continue to highly recommend.

Services were good so far. Receptionist on the phone seemed a wee bit pushy to get me off the phone. I didn’t like that. I coming to YOU for questions about my beloved pet. I don’t need to feel like I’m bothering you.
