I foster for brown paws as a volunteer. It is a completely volunteer run non-profit that is filled with committed community members dedicating lots of their time, energy, and love to rescuing and caring for these dogs. Don’t shop, please adopt! And be a foster so we can save more dogs. I can assure you Brown Paws is an incredible rescue shelter to adopt for! :)

I truly don't have enough good things to say about Brown Paws. I'm so glad I found this rescue. Working with them was an absolute delight and now I currently have my new furry friend curled up next to me. Their application and background check are very thorough which I really appreciated. They are extremely communicative and knowledgeable in all the information I was given on top of answering all of my questions regarding the process and dogs. Jill, the foster mom who I worked with, was just absolutely wonderful. I'm so thankful and our hearts are so full! Charlie Honor is living the life with us and we're all as happy as can be!

Adopted Gidget Grape. The foster lady who was taking care of her was so wonderful. She took excellent care of Gidget and was working on her training. We are so happy we went to Brown Paws. Gidget is a great addition to our family. Thank you, Brown Paws!!

Where to start....this rescue truly cares about every single dog they rescue. They have an amazing team of fosters and staff. We foster through them and "foster failed" once already. The process to foster and adopt couldn't have been smoother. They're very organized and have a great system down. I would highly recommend fostering and adopting through this rescue!
