I adopted 2 wonderful kitties last week. Fair prices, helpful staff. I will definitely be returning to take the dogs on walks on my days off. I'm so happy to have these new babies in my life ♥️
They we're great, they took in a cat who was my brothers and I am forever grateful that they could take him because I know through them he will find his forever home, I wish It could of been with us but my two girls just weren't having it and it wasn't fair to him that he always hid in my bedroom and didn't want to explore my place. Thank you, Clinton County SPCA, for all the help. It was greatly appreciated..
Terrible. The woman that was at the front desk literally threw the paperwork at my fiancé because they claimed that we were late picking him up. Even though we had made SO MANY UNRESPONDED phone calls to them. The cat was underfed and had flees. We were lucky enough to catch it early. They also claimed that he was a certain age and when he wasn’t. This place SHOULD lose funding. I hate ti see an animal shelter go out of business. Would a change of management be a possibility? You’re not forced to work there. If you aren’t going to love these animals or treat potential adopters with respect, then they shouldn’t be running an animal shelter. The reason why they are getting even one star is because the cat that we adopted is truly amazing. Such a fun and loving cat. Does anyone know who I can call to talk to higher ups? I don’t think that it is wise to leave all these animals in the care of those people. Not to say everyone that works there is a bad person. Would not recommend this shelter to anyone
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I adopted the most amazing cat, but the 2 workers Whitney and a blonde lady which I didn't get the name of were extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my fiance when we came into adopt. Extremely bad vibe we felt extremely uncomfortable. Would never recommend to anyone and will never be coming back in the future unless new, kind and respectful workers take over.
New and improved shelter, still under some construction. Staff is knowledgeable, caring and love the animals.
Always amazing to our local community, the TNR program is a huge asset to this community and overall the recent spay neiter vouchers are also a huge help!!! Crissy and her staff go above and beyond and are an amazing team
