My neighbor and I brought her rather large husky into the vet for his yearly check up… And she just happened to ask if they would be able/willing to do his nails and trim up his backside. They did not hesitate for a second! She told them that if you just shave his backside or touch his paws he freaks out, and becomes VERY tough to handle!!They even offered to do his nails!! They seemed excited… silly vets… I do say, I admire the willingness to put their lives in danger like that! I was going to miss them when Koda sat on them. So when they started grooming him and doing his nails, there were some primal howls of discontent screaming for his mother and then all of a sudden we saw two girls running towards the battle. And a yell from the vet and 2 more came charging in! Then 2 more running down the hall…. I’m pretty sure the secretary even jumped in to lend a hand!! I was extremely impressed by their professionalism as well as their bedside manner. I will not take my dog anywhere else from now on!!

After a horrible experience with another vet clinic, I took my English Bulldog back to Missouri River. He has been a patient there years ago, but for whatever reason we switched. Bad decision. The other clinic always complained about my dog and never examined him in the same room I was in. Missouri River does examine your animal in front of you. He had two eye ulcers, that the other clinic didn't even diagnose. The other clinic insisted his problem was "eyelash irritation" and needed his upper eyelids removed. He didnt. I'm glad I fired them and went back to Missouri River. I know my dog is being well taken care of and they actually care about his overall health.

We took one of our strays in to be fixed. They were very friendly. He had excellent care.

I had to get an emergency appointment, they answered and got my dog in within 30 minutes. I had very little wait time, they were thorough and updated me often. My dog is doing great, so I thank them greatly.

This was my 1st vet visit for my cat. The staff was incredible! Maymay, My 5 month old Kitty Was so calm. They were so kind and gentle with her and nobody cried! Also, being that I am disabled, it was affordable! I highly recommend this vet clinic!!!
