The staff is always helpful and friendly. I use the curbside service a lot and it is convenient and easy to use. The prices are competitive, and they have a lot of great rewards programs if you buy food, litter, or other common pet items.

I love going to Pets Plus they always have what I need!, even things I’ve never heard of before they have it!. Also I love that every time I spend money there I get points that you can use right away or save up for $10, $20 etc. coupon that can help lower your pets food bills go down!! Love this and the store!.

The Bay City store was out of stock on the dog food we needed. The manager rang the Saginaw store, confirmed availability and had them reserve a bag for us. Well done!

The Saginaw store is always so helpful. My beardie has been sick and can only digest well the hornworms. Not only do they deliver, but so quickly. They leave handwritten thank yous inside the order. I just love this store. Employees are wonderful which means the management is just as wonderful. I cannot thank this store enough

I usually really enjoy this store, but lately the service just hasn’t been where I feel it should be. I made a mistake and bought 4 female guppies & added them to my tank that had 6 guppies & a betta, and because of it, my male Betta fish got extremely stressed and died within 48 hours. I decided to return the new guppies, despite feeling very guilty - but I acknowledged that this is what was best to save my remaining tank. First of all, the first man I talked to did not seem to care. I don’t need a ton of sympathy, but something other than “hmmm.” When I explained my situation would have been nice - fish are family members too, despite what anyone thinks. Losing them is hard enough. It was also hard for me to return the guppies, but it was best for my remaining tank members. Not only this, the second person who helped me, I’m assuming is the manager, had to verbally confirm & check that I brought in females. I’m sure there are people who would try and pull the wool over the eyes of the store, but why would I bring back males instead of females, considering females cost less than males??? Questioning my integrity on top of the first employee not giving a flying F & treating me like I was doing some big horrible thing by returning the guppies was really too much. It would have been nice if this could have been done over by the fish tanks or SOMETHING, not right in front of me as if I’m doing so big heinous thing. I left feeling even worse than I have the last 24 hours, considering I JUST lost my Betta last night. The employees need to understand that a little bit of sympathy goes a long way. People make mistakes - it’s not my first mistake, and it’s not my last. I used to really love the staff here but lately I’ve been just kind of turned off from going. I think I’m done buying from big box pet stores, at least regarding fish. To the staff that reads this, please understand that I’m very hurt, this is not coming from a place of wishing ill will, I just vow to myself that if it leaves a bad taste in my mouth, I will speak up for my own sake.

I bought my entire Pac-Man frog setup here, they had everything I wanted. Although they didn’t have the frog itself their selection and their staff’s knowledge was incredibly helpful. They are great with returns and assisting you over the phone as well. I would recommend supporting this business.
