As any puppy mom I was a nervous wreck getting my Ellie spayed. PAWS wasn’t my primary vet but i saw the pricing and thought this was too good to be true. PAWS did an amazing job with my Ellie and answered all my questions. I 100% recommend. As you can see about three weeks out from surgery she’s healed amazing !!!!

My cat went in for itchy ears and they made me give him his vaccines and he had a double ear infection but anyway my cat came out sicker then he was.... he was fine. Now it's been two weeks or so but after a day he couldn't breathe his nose was all clogged and everything. Also he is to weak to use the cat liter box and not eating nor drinking Now. I might even have to put my 5 year old cat my baby to rest..... never again will I bring my babies to this vet. It's sad. That is him all day long til I had feed him to something in him. My poor baby. Also what vet won't let you in the room with your baby. Only this one.

This veterinary hospital is wonderful. I was going to companion pet hospital and they sent my pet to death. I changed to Putnam animal Wellness. I don’t know how but my cat went from a cat on deaths door sleeping all day and not active at all to a cat that is awake alert and even playful! Thank you so much and I hope you continue to help my almost 19 year old cat (birthday in July) to fully live out her years happily. The only thing I wish is to be able to see her and be in the room with her. That is why only 4 stars.

I am grateful for the exceptional care and kindness that my fiancé and I received for our kitten, Filo, back in October. From the first encounter, when I called Putnam Animal Wellness to explain my concerns about Filo, the person who answered (regrettably, I forgot her name) was understanding and kind, and prioritized Filo's condition that day. I explained that I would be coming from the city, and she was able to work around my schedule, which I truly appreciated. Our poor girl was diagnosed with pyometra, which broke our hearts. We had already visited two animal hospitals, including Veterinary Emergency Group in White Plains, but were previously told by both hospitals that there was nothing wrong with her. It was only after finding this facility that she was properly diagnosed. The vet tech broke everything down for us and explained that her procedure would take roughly three hours. As new pet owners, we hesitated to leave her and kept checking in. However, we want to give a big shout-out to the vet tech, Manny, who understood that we were new pet owners, calmed my nerves, and was extremely helpful. Manny went as far as checking in with us and helping us pick items to help ease Filo's recovery. I cannot express our gratitude towards this facility and for saving our girl. Thank you again for everything!

The low cost spay and neuter sign outside is a joke. They don't tell you about all the other fees they stick you with also.

PAW is affordable & caring. When I sent a photo of my Bailey's tumor/cyst, they got her in for surgery right away b/c they saw she was in need. Took care of it & saw her 3 times after the surgery. Compared to our regular vet, we saved $600 with our Primos dental. My daughter has an appointment for her dog dental & my other dog soon. Tom & Mannie were very caring, good to talk with
