We brought our recently deceased bearded dragon of 14 years to Vandemore and were met by a very kind and sympathetic man named Brett. He immediately shared his condolences and was especially accommodating to our sensitivity on the loss. It was clear he genuinely cared about us and showed such a great amount of compassion and respect to the situation. He was also flexible with scheduling. The next week, we picked up our beautiful wooden urn box with our beardie, Axel, along with a certificate that had Axel's claw print on it, and a full heartfelt letter sharing a beautiful personalized message of family, condolences, and thanks. This is so much more than we were expecting, it was a pleasant surprise in such a difficult time. Although we were still taken by the loss of our dear friend who accompanied us for the last 14 years, this wonderful person and his huge heart made it as beautiful and peaceful of an experience as he could with his service. We just used Vandemore for our fur baby & I cannot say enough nice things about them. They were so helpful & accommodating. They even helped us fix a poorly done cremation of our last dog. The hand-cradted urns are beautiful & a great tribute to pets who were such an important part of our family. Losing a pet is so hard as it is, but Vandemore made it so much easier. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone.

Recently lost my pal and bestfriend of 12 years. This is my first experience with pet cremation. The folks at Vandemore are swift, professional and caring. An unfortunate mistake was made by our veterinary, I contacted Vandemore in the evening when I discovered it....Brett called first thing the next day and worked with me to correct the situation. Thank you Brett and the Vandemore family. I wish I would this with my other pets.
