Staff is very friendly and informative when it comes to carrying for our dog. Explain everything in detail we know he’s always in good hands there.. He always looks forward to coming in and wagging his tail in the staff and engaging with them. Always smile on everyone’s face you guys are truly awesome.

Dr Venema and his staff all took their time and really listened to what we had to say about our cat. We came for a specific issue, and that is what they focused on and we got answers. The prices are very reasonable. Will always recommend this place to anyone!

Definitely recommend! Although I live in Geneseo, I called several vets in the quad cities to get a quote. Geneseo Vet was by far the most affordable. They took great care getting my Sadie girl spayed and even trimmed her nails for me!

Dr. Kuster is always the sweetest and most professional person, we go there for my cats, dog and bunny and have never had anything bad to say! The doctors and vet techsalways so knowledgeable and considerate and take their time with our fur babies. You can tell they are there because of their love and passion for our pets. Highly recommend this office and their team!

We have been going to Grant for several years. He has been good to us and our cats. Sadly we had to put one down a few days ago and Grant was great thru the entire process. It was rough for me and my wife losing him, but he had a great life. We miss him dearly.

Geneseo Veterinarian Services is absolutely first rate. Dr. Venema and his staff have been my veterinarian since he started his practice in Geneseo. I am an animal lover and used to have many barn kittens to save, strays, drop-offs and the usual house dogs and cats over the years of living on a farm. I appreciate that they have always been straight up with me about the condition of my pets whether good news or bad, but ultimately, let it be my decision how far to take the care. He has also been up front about costs and even when it was going to be horribly painful for me, he has told me when it was probably time to let go. They have answered all of my questions and many times there were a lot of them. It is great to see the business growing and thriving. The new vets, techs and employees are wonderful. I want to say a HUGE thank you to the front desk "crew". They do so much and truly care about you and your animals. I have not had to go through it in several years, but I have had to say heartbreaking goodbyes to my fur kids, some sudden, some drawn out, all heartbreaking. The vet and the techs in the room have cried right along with me. Always give me space and time to sit with them and say my goodbyes. Never, ever rushed before or after. So much respect, compassion and empathy shown each and every time. I hope they still do it, even if it's a different location and more staff, but the candle they used to light to let others know as they entered the building to please respect the fact someone was "saying goodbye" .. I hope you always keep this thoughtful tribute. I have since moved out of the Geneseo area but still make the trip - I can't imagine taking my boy anywhere else. Simply the best.
