We were new to the area and needed to find a new Veterinarian to care for our two miniature poodles. Was looking for an AAHA accredited facility and struck gold. Our experience with the Doctor and staff was very pleasant. All my questions were answered and explained in detail. Our poodles examinations were great and the Doctor provided us the information needed for follow-up and potential service’s required in the future. Everyone from the Doctor to the staff were courteous and professional. Some services are a little more expensive than our previous Veterinarian in Texas but a good pet insurance plan should help with the costs. Will continue to take our poodles to be seen by this Veterinarian and staff. Nice clean facility as well.

I got referred to this hospital when my cat needed an ultrasound. Dr Zinkas was amazing! Now I see Dr Mays because, sadly, kitty was diagnosed with cancer, but she is also just amazing. Everyone at this practice is friendly and truly cares, from the front desk ladies, to the techs, to the drs themselves. I will never take a pet anywhere else.

I have been bringing my pets to Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital for 23 years. The service has always been top notch through all of the many dogs and their ailments. They have always been kind and caring, yet straightforward regarding my pets. Dr. Zinkus is outstanding and Dr. Mays has done a great job with my dogs so far. The staff is great and they all truly care about the animals that get treated there as well as Thor owners. I’m a big fan and I’ll never go anywhere else.

What an amazing experience at Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital! All of the techs were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable; and Dr. Zinkus was phenomenal! I cannot recommend this place enough!

My visit to Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital was hard. My sweet, older dog "Bear" was not feeling well and needed an ultrasound. The first time I called to try to schedule an appointment, the young lady on the other end of the phone was very informative and pleasant. I told her my story about my sweet Bear. She gave me an appointment for the following Friday. She shared the information with Dr. Angela Zinkus, who in turn rescheduled my appointment for the following Monday. She expressed to me that she didn't want my sweet Bear's discomfort prolonged. My dog and I were greeted with a sweet and a lively good morning. The sweet vet assistants reassured me that they would take good care of my Bear and would call me with his results. They were very comforting because leaving him was extremely hard and his results were even harder. The hospital was very pet friendly and inviting. They called me throughout the procedure to reassure me that Bear was okay. The doctor was very personable, friendly and very knowledgeable . She gave me everything I need to help make Bear comfortable. Bear is happy and still hanging in here with me because of the care provided by Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital. I would definitely recommend Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital to anyone who loves their pet children.

My experience with GPAH has been a good one. Although they seem to be a bit short handed right now, my Gabby got the best care on my recent visit. The facility is always immaculate and receptionist is the best very friendly and efficient.
