Everyone that works here is amazing. They are all so kind and welcoming every time we go in. I love that they tell you what everything will cost before they do any work, and ask if that works for you. They are good about putting things off that aren't urgent if money becomes tight. They have been with us through the good and the sad and we wouldn't take our furry family members anywhere else.

5 stars!!! Overall, we had a great experience at Cascade Animal Clinic! We have a 2 year old Dutch Shepherd who is not people friendly. He was in need of getting his shots and unfortunately our previous vet denied us due to them considering him too aggressive. Our dog is selective but he does not lunge or bark at people so it was disappointing that our previous vet couldn't help us. Note: My husband is a good handler and has gone through hours and hours of training with well known trainers in the area; as well as every day training. We found Cascade online and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. We shared that he is human reactive but Cascade was willing to help us. They let us know that they had a process in place to help dogs like ours. For the day of the appointment, they told us to text/call them when we arrive. We were very thankful. On our appointment day, we called and they had a routine for us to walk our dog into the designated room keeping everyone safe. The doctor was calm and confident. She knew what she was doing, wasn't scared, and did not push our dog. My husband was also able to hold onto our dog which was great because many other places wouldn't allow this. The appointment was fast, they listened, did not make it a bad experience for our dog at all. We appreciated their patience, processes, and kindness. For those who are looking for a vet that is professional and understanding of all dogs, this is the place to go. We will be back again and highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love bringing all of our pets here! The entire staff is wonderful and helpful, and visits almost always run on time. They also have services, like online appt booking and an online pharmacy, that make it easier to take care of your pet. Our dog Maxwell gives it 5 stars!

I worked with Dr. Mayes today and was very pleased with our visit. She was great to work with and she listened to my thoughts as well as shared her own ideas. I honestly had not contemplated that my little dog might be in any pain at all, but it does look like he may have some disc disease and he responded very well to the painkillers that she prescribed.

Amazing staff. I will never take my babies anywhere else unless it's an absolute must. I love that they call and check on the animals a couple days after visits. I always feel that my concerns are listened to. I had a 120lb dog that was terrified of the vet and had to be muzzled but after a while of working with him he was perfectly behaved and even gave kisses. I can't say enough about the vets and all the staff.

Our 10 yr old cat was acting very ill but our regular vet was closed and recommended Cascade. They were so accommodating and caring, we never felt like an imposition at all. Every single staff member was gentle, respectful and compassionate, both to PJ and to our whole family. After making the agonizing but correct choice to say goodbye to our sweet boy and let him be out of pain, I was so impressed and appreciative at every step of the euthanization, bereavement and cremation process. They provide a special dedicated room for this process and accommodate the grieving family with an external entrance so that grieving family does not have to walk through the public lobby for this. When we arrived, our pet was already comfortable in the room on a soft blanket on a large low ottoman, with 2 small couches for us to spend as much time as we needed to say goodbye. There were pet treats, tissues, a fountain and soft music. The staff explained every step in the process, and the doctor was so loving and affectionate with PJ, telling him what a good cat he was and giving him lots of pets and scratches. The process was painless and gentle, we could not have asked for anything more under the circumstances. Even a week later when picking up the cremated remains and mementos, staff were caring and compassionate about our loss. We will now always choose Cascade for our pets, the level of care and respect here is unmatched in my lifetime of owning cats.
