I always see the same Doctor. No musical chairs here. Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and wise. She does not over prescribe and she offers common sense and compassion. None of my dogs have ever been afraid to go to the vet because of Dr. Kim and the staff.

We visited Big Bear for vacation and my dog needed subcutaneous fluids because she has chronic kidney disease. I made an appointment and they were kind enough to schedule me with the vet tech. He was great with my dog and I was in and out very quickly and efficiently. I very much appreciated them doing this for a visitor and will be back on future visits!

Kim Hickman is the best vet. Kind and gentle great with animals. The best I have ever taken my animals to in 30 years.

We're new to the mountain, and had to take our girl in for an emergency. None of the vets in Lake Arrowhead would take us without an appointment. They saw us here right away, they just said - come, we'll see you when you get here. Unfortunately, our girl couldn't be saved. They were really kind during the horrible process of letting her go. Thank you <3

Great experience. The staff was thorough and very knowledgeable. This veterinarian was alittle more expensive than others in town, but still a great choice and amazing service.
