They are not dealing with issues as they should be there is a woman that has her 7 year old grandson in the front seat of her van no seatbelt.She goes to bed and let's him do whatever he pleases and allows his mom to be there and smoke drugs.This child was taken from his mother and given to the grandmother.The grandmother should have been evaluated to see if she is capable of taking care of the child. I appreciate what they do for our underprivileged and at risk children. That being said, I believe that their processes and systems are deeply flawed and need to be changed for the protection of both the youth in our county and their families though their hearts and efforts come from a great place.

My experience was superficial at best. I was only trying to donate a large suitcase for a child or teenager to use rather than trash bags to shuttle their belongings to foster homes. I guess there was no need as no one could bother returning my call. I hope they are better with actual children and youths. After driving around with the suitcase for a couple weeks I donated it to Rescue Workers.

They call theirselves trying to help but accomplished nothing at all lol this place is a joke!!! They want you to put your hands on your child so they can throw you in jail lol. And holly has a smart mouth and thinks she can talk to people any way she feels fit (very disrespectful lady) and Kelsey lol a joke!!! I will never need your services again do the world a favor and find a new profession!!! A joke of a place so sad!!

A place like this should hire better individuals that have an understanding on what’s the clients are going threw, been three, or even experience in the fields they are directing to. Since they say they main priority is to assist families and help. Only experience I got from them was them putting a wedge between me and my family. You complain they give you a run around, everyone claims to know something but when u seek answers no one knows anything, no one is genuine they lack compassion and morale.They do their job, go home and carry on with there own lives. While you are left to worry bout your loved one and their well-being and safety . I wonder what their companies code of ethics is? No I wouldn’t recommend not one case worker, advocate, what ever they prefer to be addressed as, as being useful or even helpful in anyway. Really makes me wonder. Should I have even reached out to them for their help in the first place?????????Anyone dealing with them I am praying for your strength and patience because you will definitely need it or they will label you aggressive. Don’t even deserve the star but wanted to give my personal experience to anyone seeking truth.
