The loading dock is horrible very hard to park and then when you have to use the bathroom they won't let you use the bathroom so it's okay for us to donate stuff but we're not good enough to use the bathroom I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul

I scheduled a pick up for some furniture, and met Derrick (who was great), and he was nice enough to explain to me the organization and what they do. I've never been more emotional and touched about how much this company is helping the community, and their follow through with the people they help. I'm sorry there aren't more organizations like this across the country.
