I realized my cat had stopped eating and was able to walk right in to the clinic. They truly saved her life. She’s back to her normal self. My only critique is they don’t take payments- which is pretty par the course for vet clinics, but they suggest you get care credit. I was told there was no interest for the first 6 months but have found that not to be the case. Oh well. I’d rather have Alice.

Really great place to go for for pet care. Our Charlotte (Shetland Sheepdog) had a nasty Uti, and they gave us the medication right away due to all the signs and symptoms. I would definitely recommend bringing water and snacks for you and your pet. Thank you all for giving us some water while we waited in the parking lot. The wait times can vary a lot depending on the animal needs and care for the time slots. But, I'm very happy and definitely recommend them! They are friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable staff! We had a great experience with you all!! ❤️ 🐕🐾 The price we paid wasn't much different from our normal vet as well. So I was happy about that for sure. Thank you all again for being great and doing great work!!!

One of the few walk in clinics around. They had a different process where you remain in your car and call in to get your spot in line - then they call you to come in. Makes sense as the clinic itself is fairly small. The vets were knowledgeable, the prices fair and clear - no gouging. They were thoughtful enough to follow up with me about my cat after the weekend. Ten out of ten, will go again.

The team was so great with my elderly cat who needed to go in for tooth pain. Make sure to get there 30 minutes before the walk-in hours start to get your name on the list. They fill up fast!

Worst vet ever. Completely inept. Performed surgery on my cat... prescribed wrong medication and no collar to prevent digging... Made injury worse. When called out on it, I was asked to not come back, and forced to take my nearly dying cat elsewhere. Unwilling to accept fault and make it right. They even tried to blame me for "not taking care of it". As if I would spend $1200+ and then slack on home care. Please, and I can't stress this enough, if you care at all about your pet take it anywhere else. I've already sent all my information and documentation to an attorney. I'll update as it unfolds.
