Last year, my girl Maggie had a horrific accident. We took her to Leesburg emergency vet as they were the only ones open at the time. They did absolutely nothing except give us a cone and told us to go home, unless we wanted to put her down. The very next morning we took her to Eustis Vet Hospital and the experience was something I will never forget. They didn’t have many openings for surgery but they were able to send us home with supplies and medicine until her surgery next week. Unfortunately, my girl was just not able to wait that long for surgery. I called them to let them know she was bleeding very badly again and that we just could not feasibly live like this for another week. They got her in for surgery the very next day. They removed her mass and kept her overnight. The staff treated her like one of their own. We took her home and Dr. Cassidy gave us very detailed instructions on what to do and how to do it. Unfortunately, Maggie just couldn’t fight any longer and we couldn’t keep putting her through procedures that more than likely would not work, with how her body was rejecting the transfusions. We had to say goodbye to our sweet girl and it was the hardest moment of my life. But the staff in that office made sure our moment was special. Dr. Cassidy wanted Maggie to make it so badly, she did anything and everything she could to keep her going. I will never ever forget the kindness and compassion from the staff in the office. I’d like to really give thanks to Tiffany. She stayed with Maggie overnight and was with us in the room when we had to say our goodbyes. She told us how sweet Maggie was and how everyone in the office just adored her. She was hard not to love. Anyway, after all that, this is the only vet I will ever return to. Dr. Cassidy and her team will always be the first recommendation out of my mouth. Thank you for taking care of my girl as she crossed the rainbow bridge to be with her sister.

This was our first visit to EVH. We needed a second opinion for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel's condition. Dr. Cassidy and her staff were great. They listened intently to our concerns and in answering our questions. Vet Tech Dan was tremendously helpful in handling and comforting our little girl. We received some helpful advice and hope that our girl can be helped.

Dr. Cassidy is wonderful. She is a cat whisperer. Her staff are kind and care deeply about the animals. They treat my cats as if they were their own. The building is clean and well-maintained. The furniture inside is comfortable and the waiting room has a homey feel to it. The check-in and check-out process is easy. I love Eustis Vet.

Took my rescue dog, Phoebe, for her first visit there last Friday. She’s usually a pretty nervous dog but she felt very calm in the reception area. She’s also a very snippy one but she behaved through the whole time. She had a full exam and some blood work done since she’s a senior. Followed up with an allergy shot. It’s nice to go somewhere that doesn’t make you feel anxious. Highly recommend.

Great with Piper! Piper is ok here, she doesn't like leaving me, and going to the back! I don't like being told where to check out, when I already know that, + I'll check out with my dog when I get ready.
