I love this vet clinic! The whole staff is so sweet and caring of the animals. I'm glad I came here so close to home and very happy with my initial office visit. They are very honest and prices were not as high as other vet clinics I've experienced. Also, I signed up for Petdesk and it has been extremely helpful!

From entering for the first visit to leaving, my experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly, informative, helpful and efficient. All my questions were answered & I even came away with better ways to take care of my dog. It was his first visit to a vet & they made him & me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend!

UPDATED TO 5 STARS - During my second visit, I watched Dr. Sonia Glick and the technicians handle my cat very gently during the exam. My cat (who is very afraid of unknown people) responded to them in a calm manner. Although I received bad news, the proposed surgery was explained to me very well and all my questions were answered in a compassionate manner. Financing options were suggested as well. I feel as confidant as one can about proceeding with this vet to treat my cat. Easy to make appointment. Friendly employees. Clean facility. Good care received for my cat. Vet explained things very well. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the cat was taken into another room for the exam and blood draw and I could not see how he was handled which was stressful for me and my cat not being able to see me. The vet did offer to do the exam in the room with me next time.

Staff was very friendly. Prices were reasonable. The doctor and the assistant handled my cat with care. Front desk was able to get me in right away. I'm definitely switching to Massillon Animal hospital for my babies needs.

I felt very comfortable that my furry friend was well taken care of. Everyone was very cordial and concerned about the medical needs of my dog cookie. I could tell she was getting the type of attention that she needed. Very good customer service!! God Bless you all, you are so appreciated!!
