This has been one of my best veterinary experiences. My dog Jade had an emergency, the staff were very warm and caring to both myself and my pet, even going so far as to let me in when she was put under and when she came out of surgery. They kept me up to date on her condition and she is doing wonderfully now. They saved my dog’s life, and have definitely become my new regular vet, despite being a half hour away. They’re worth the drive. Thank you Dr. Keairnes and staff!

Dr. Barry, staff, and all at Lifetime Animal Center are quite simply the best of the best. The standard of care is second to none. Amazing with pets, calm and collected, and put you at ease as an owner.my dog loves everyone there and is actually excited when we have to make trips to the vet for whatever reason. Tail is always wagging and loves his treatment there. They have great professionalism mixed with compassion and love for the animals. They are unmatched in quality of care and being there to comfort and explain things to owners. Their commitment to putting their patients at ease, as well as owners as much as possible is rare. Boarding is also exceptional, and I never worry knowing my pup will have a great experience on his own vacation when I am unable to bring him with. Just an exceptional group of individuals who always provide the best experience no matter the situation: an emergency visit or a routine check up, they’re always the best. I cannot express enough how great they are.

Brought my 3yr old cat here for strange vomiting that I had never seen from her after having her for two years. Just did some research and quickly found out that they were just hairballs. But not before taking her to the vet. They charged me 128 dollars. Only 69$ were for the actual physical. 26.60 were used for a Depo-medrol shot (a STEROID used to treat more severe ailments in animals- NOT hairballs). 19.73$ Went to a singular cat laxative. 25$ went to a Cerenia injection (used to prevent vomiting caused by MOTION SICKNESS). And another 25$ for them to give me a box with 4 more Cerenia tabs that SPECIFICALLY state on the front of the box that they are for motion sickness in DOGS. Attached are some pictures, even a picture my boyfriend took of the hairball which we showed to the vet. I brought my cat here because we recently lost one of our beloved cats and it was so heartbreaking for us that we didn’t want to take any sort of risk with our other cat. If one minute of research tells me that my cat only has a hairball, why couldn’t these qualified vets with degrees tell us the same thing instead of charging us top dollar to give my cat steroids and dog medicine???

I (Artie), could not be happier with the services, staff, attitude and professionalism of Lifetime Animal Center! I travel full-time in a RV and was just passing though when I stopped eating and started throwing up. Lifetime immediately took me in as a drop-off, examined me that day and created a plan to make me better. I was ultimately diagnosed with a bowel obstruction and Dr. Barry even stayed late on Friday night to perform exploratory surgery on me, which was a complete success! It seems I ate too much hair and grass :-( 10 days later on the other side of the state my dad successfully removed my sutures. Now I am eating, running, jumping, playing and beating up my brother again! I still like eating grass, so now I need lactulose to help keep my pipes clean... yuk! Thank you all, Lifetime Animal Center! They get a 5-paw rating from me!

Too much to list out but, DO YOURSELF & YOUR ANIMALS A FAVOR and take the 25 minute drive to Concordia Veterinary Clinic. They are unmatched, and go above and beyond. Very caring of your concerns & your pets well being. You won't regret it.

Staff were very nice, but they need to fix their scheduling so they can actually take care of their customers and patients and ensure nobody takes home a beloved pet without meds/care instructions that they would desperately need. We almost could have gone home with our dog who had 20+ extractions with no care instructions and no pain meds if we hadn’t explicitly asked or gone back inside to wait for a tech to talk to us.
