Pouch Palace just amazed me. I couldn’t recognize my dog. And they gave her a scarf，which is so cute. She looks like a princess. Pouch palace is the best for all beauty services!!

Pooch Palace is the first grooming and boarding facilities that my Alpha dog has ever been to. He is a large dog, but they know how to handle him and he is very friendly with their staff. I am very impressed with how well they handle him and don’t wish to go anywhere else. He is well taken care of and I appreciate the care that they give to our family member.

Pooch palace did an excellent job with our mini golden doodle. Our pup had never had a grooming done before, and her coat was in awful shape before we dropped her off. I was a bit nervous to leave her there since it was her first time, but we could tell she had so much fun when we picked her up. She almost didn't want to leave the place! Her fur looks fantastic now and is so soft. Here's her before and after photos.

i would leave a 0 if i could. thier employee told they there were full for the 3 days we needed for boarding, but had 2 days available. They said we could do day care for the 1 day they were full for boarding though and that would solve our problem. I called 3x times to verify this. We show up with our dog today, they only scheduled to day care and nothing to do with boarding. Now i am in a bind. Thank you Pooch Palace for not being transparent and cooperative.

We have recently rescued a dog, with several "Quirks" and took her in for a groom this morning. The front desk staff as well as Allie, the Groomer listened carefully to the information I was passing along regarding our dog and this turned out to be an extremely good experience for our dog. Allie passed along very good feedback and we have a future appointment scheduled. So good to be visiting Paul and his wonderful staff again!! We love'm!😊❤

Great place! My dog loves going to play at Pooch Palace, when we turn into the parking lot he starts whining to get out of the car. Everyone is so pleasant and easy to talk to. They do great for boarding also. I would highly recommend.
